Challenge

As a global consulting firm VCI have completed over 200 projects for over 60 companies, including 9 of the 10 largest resource companies in the world.

They work with clients as diverse as BMW and BHP, helping them design transformation at scale.

With consultants around the globe, they needed a coherent strategy, digital tools and communications framework which would work across every market or industry they were operating in.

Process

As part of our Design Thinking process, we interviewed stakeholders across three countries (USA, Australia and Thailand), uncovering the talent, experience, vision and purpose of the founders.

Next, we co-created a new positioning, strategy and communications as well as designing a series of customer experience touchpoints – from a responsive website with dozens of case studies, profiles and white papers along with communication elements from stationery to reports, advertising layouts, presentation documents and video frameworks.

Result

Designed to help VCI scale for their next generation of growth, our frameworks have positioned and reflects the contemporary, global value offered by VCI.
